Fees on Cross-Chain Swap Transactions

In addition to the bridge fees, the Cross-Chain Swap Bot will charge a 2% fee on all cross-chain swaps, where users buy SUI tokens with assets from other blockchains (e.g., SOL, ETH). This fee will also be distributed among stakers, further boosting their earnings and making the platform more fair for participants.
